All orders are posted within 24 hours (one business day) by First Class post. UK orders very often arrive next day, however, please allow for some delays due to COVID.
If your order does not arrive, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Returns
We have a No Quibble 30 day return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return anything unused from your order within this time for a refund.
Please contact us beforehand so that we know to expect the goods back.
We will also refund the postage cost for returning if the reason for return is our fault. Refunds are normally made through your PayPal account the same day as we receive the returns.
